These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of filterfridge.shop and any purchase you make from Filterfridge LLC (“Filterfridge”, “we”, “us”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Who can buy
Our store serves customers in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
About our products
Filterfridge is an independent retailer of everydrop refrigerator water filters. everydrop and Whirlpool are trademarks of Whirlpool Corporation. Filterfridge is not affiliated with or endorsed by Whirlpool Corporation. Product specifications, certifications and compatibility information come from the manufacturer. Product images are for illustration and packaging may vary.
You are responsible for choosing a filter that fits your refrigerator. Please match the number printed on your current filter, or contact us with your refrigerator model number and we will help you confirm the correct filter.
Prices and availability
All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after the order is confirmed. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it, based on your shipping address, and is shown before you pay.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we ship it and send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of suspected fraud or a stock issue, and will refund any payment in full.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club cards. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. See our Payment Policy for details.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is free on every US order. Delivery times and other details are in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy, which allows returns of unopened filters within 60 days of delivery.
Product use and safety
Install and use filters according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and replace them every 6 months or 200 gallons, whichever comes first. everydrop filters are certified by NSF International to reduce the specific contaminants listed on the manufacturer’s performance data sheet. Do not use them with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the filter.
Warranty
Products are covered by any warranty provided by the manufacturer. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are also covered by our Refund and Returns Policy. Except as stated in these Terms or required by law, products are sold “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filterfridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review or other content, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and lawful. You give us permission to display it on our site. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated to the product.
Intellectual property
The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Filterfridge or its licensors. Product names, brands and logos belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
